Based on complete semiconductor packaging and testing experience, Jongshiann Enterprise specializes in providing spare parts, materials, hand tools and measuring instruments for various equipment of semiconductor assembly production and LED manufacturers. At the same time we provide equipment refurbishment/ buying and selling of pre-owned semiconductor assembly equipment. For decades, we have been adhering to "perfect quality requirements and cautious service attitude" that has established a good reputation in the field. We regularly maintain stock level for all kinds of popular second-hand equipment to meet the production needs of customers at any time. Meanwhile, we extend our engineering abilities and process planning know-how to propose for semiconductor-related equipment, equipment updates, etc. We also provide On-site troubleshooting and circuit board exchange as well as board repairing services.
Recently to meet the customer’s product development need, we have actively pick up the packaging process of high-end LEDs. And provided related production equipment to customers such as Mini LED and Micro LED application. And also provided AI automation proposals for the trend of customers on factory unmanned target.
